With the on-going second wave, stress is now become a common phenomenon amongst the audience. Hence, we curate a special session that serves this purpose and helps the audience take a break from the chaos.

SNEHA MEGHE

Sneha Meghe has been a dedicated yoga practitioner with a strong personal practice of 10 years and with a teaching experience of 4 years. She has completed her instructor certification from Kaivalyadham Ashram, where she was first introduced to various scriptures and philosophy of Yoga.

As her practice depended she went on to pursuing the RYT 200 certification with Yoga Alliance USA & US from Asan Yoga school. Yoga for her is a way of living and one that she would like to share with the world.
